Bonjour mon internet est souvent lent
they claim their service is unlimited but the fact is.. its only unlimited if you use it OFF PEAK time... if you use it between 6PM and 11PM and use more than 120Gb ( tier 3) then you get throttled .. not only a little but 90%... so much for unlimited.. its their way of 'forcing' you to upgrade

Paying for a speed of 50 and 10, whereas I am getting 3 and 1. Terrible service, customer service doesnt want to help resolve the issue. Should I call the better business bureau
